Try this week: Fried celery with King oyster, Shiitake and Seafood mushroom

Ingredients: 
1 stick of celery
1 King oyster mushroom
Moderate Seafood mushrooms and Shiitakes
Condiments: Salt, sugar, chicken powder, oil
Cooking direction:
1. Soak dried Shiitakes ahead of time, cut caps into slices after removing the stems.
2. Cut both sides of King oyster mushrooms and discard them off, coarsely cut mushroom into slices.
3. Get rid of the root of Seafood mushroom, rinse the rest and then set them aside.
4. Remove the leaves of celery and the fibre, cut celery stick into segments.
5. In a frying pan, firstly add moderate oil, when hot, drop in Shitiake slices, King oyster mushroom slices and stir over fierce flame.
6. Combine with celery segments, Seafood mushrooms and maintain the heat till all ingredients are soft.
7. Adjust the taste with a dash of salt and sugar, if you like, sprinkle with a pinch of chicken powder and stir evenly. Enjoy.
