Cultivation season of Enoki mushroom

Enoki mushroom is typically a kind of low-temperature type mushroom and should be cultivated in accordance with exact climatic conditions. In general, Enoki mushrooms could be cultivated for two times per year.
The first time of cultivation: Prepare mushroom bags from the last ten days of August to the last ten days of September, pick the first flush of mushroom from the last ten days of October to the last ten days of November, at that time, natural temperature gradually lowers to below 205 degrees Celsius, which fits for fruiting requirement.
Notice: Avoid too-early bag preparation or excessive temperature so as to avoid sundry fungus contamination.
The second time of cultivation: Prepare mushroom bags from the mid-to-late of November to the last ten days of December. Cultivators could adopt indoor heating and maintain the temperature range in 16-18 degrees Celsius and bag temperature in 20-22 degrees Celsius so as to guarantee normal growth of mycelia.
Notice: Avoid too-late bag preparation, or fruiting time would be postponed.
During February to March, natural temperature rises to 10 degrees Celsius or so, which fits for growth of the second and third flush of mushrooms.
