Dressed Drumstick mushroom with shredded tripe

Ingredients:
500g pork tripes
100g dried Drumstick mushrooms
Minced garlic
Condiments: Soy sauce, sugar, chili oil, salt, aginomoto, sesame oil
Direction: 
1. Rinse pork tripes, bleach and then coarsely slice them up.
2. Soak Drumstick mushrooms ahead of time, then cut them into slices, bleach and set them aside.
3. In a bowl, prepare a sauce with moderate salt, sugar, soy sauce, aginomoto, chili oil, sesame oil and minced garlic in accordance with your taste.
