Ingredients: 
2 carrots
5 Shiitakes
Condiments: Salt, oyster sauce, cornstarch
Steps: 
1. Soak dried Shiitakes in warm water ahead of time, then roughly slice them up.
2. In a bowl, dump with moderate water, add moderate oyster sauce, a spoon of cornstarch and whisk well.
3. Peel the carrots and cut them into pieces.
4. In a frying pan, dump with moderate oil, once hot, drop in carrot slices and fry til soft, then invite Shiitake slices, dump with the prepared sauce, braising for 10 minutes on fierce heat till evaporated. Serve and enjoy.
