Ingredients:
A handful of Oyster mushrooms and spinaches
Moderate Goji
2 bowls of soup stock
A pinch of salt
Easy-to-follow direction:
1. Remove and discard the base of Shiitake off, rinse the caps and set them aside.
2. Cut the root of Oyster mushrooms, tear them into strips.
3. Trim the handful of spinaches and reserve the root.
4. Go bleaching of Shiitake and Oyster mushrooms.
5. In a skillet, add moderate oil, once hot, drop in Shiitakes, Oyster mushroom strips and stir for 3 minutes or so on fierce heat.
6. Combine with 2 bowls of soup stock, maintain the heat for at least 40 minutes till fragrant.
7. Finally invite spinaches, bring it into a bowl again. Enjoy.
