Ingredients:
Moderate leaf lettuces
A handful of Enoki mushrooms
2 cups of red wine
Moderate chopped onion and bruised ginger
Condiments: light soy sauce, salt, water starch
Steps:
1. Rinse leaf lettuces, cut or break them off with hands.
2. Trim Enoki mushrooms, break them into individuals.
3. In a frying pan, add moderate oil, when hot, drop in leaf lettuces and stir over high heat, then remove them out of the skillet.
4. Heat the frying pan again and drizzle with a little oil, add chopped onion, bruised ginger and fry till fragrant, then combine with Enoki mushrooms before dumping with 2 spoons of red wine.
5. Adjust the taste with a dash of salt and moderate light soy sauce, thicken the dish with the mixture of water and starch. Enjoy.
