Ingredients:
100g Black fungi
300g Drumstick mushrooms
1 green pepper
Moderate bruised ginger and minced garlic
Condiments: Salt, oil, starch
Direction:
1. Soak Black fungi, remove and discard the base, rinse Drumstick mushrooms and then cut them into slices.
2. Rinse green pepper off, then cut it into slices.
3. Go blanching of Drumstick mushroom slices, green pepper slices and Black fungi.
4. In a frying pan, dump with moderate oil, when hot, drop in minced garlic, bruised ginger and fry till fragrant, then combine with Drumstick mushroom slices, Black fungi, green pepper slices and stir over high flame.
5. Season to taste with a dash of salt, thicken the dish with the mixture of water and starch if you like. Enjoy.
