Ingredients:
150g White beech mushrooms
1 tomato
2 eggs
Moderate chopped onions or shallots
Condiments: Salt, chicken powder, cooking wine
Easy-to-follow direction:
1. Peel the tomato and then cut it into thick slices.
2. Cut the root of White beech mushrooms, rinse and then break them into individuals.
3. Beat eggs into a bowl, add a teaspoon of cooking wine and stir well.
4. In a skillet, add moderate oil, once hot, drop in tomato slices, White beech mushrooms and fry till fragrant, then dump with 600ml of water and bring it into a bowl.
5. Season with a teaspoon of salt and chicken powder, pour in egg liquid and heat up till well-done.
6. Sprinkle with moderate chopped onion on top. Enjoy.
