Balanced diet: Fried Shiitake with green peas

Ingredients:
300g green peas
4 dried Shiitakes
Moderate diced red pepper
Condiments: Salt, chicken powder, pepper powder, water starch, oil
Steps:
1. Soak Shiitakes in warm water and reserve the soaking liquid, remove the stem and discard, then cut caps into dices.
2. In a skillet, add moderate oil, once hot, sprinkle with moderate pepper powder and stir till fragrant.
3. Combine with Shiitake dices, peas and fry over high flame for 3-5 minutes.
4. Pour in moderate soaking liquid of Shiitake, cover the skillet and braise for 5 minutes.
5. Season to taste with a dash of salt and chicken powder, drizzle with the mixture of water and starch. Finally garnish with a handful of diced red pepper. Enjoy.
