Braised Pleurotus nebrodensis in oyster sauce

Ingredients:
2 Pleurotus nebrodensis
1 broccoli
Condiments: Soy sauce, oyster sauce, oyster juice, oil, salt, starch
Direction: 
1. Rinse Pleurotus nebrodensis off, cut them into thick slices and remove them into a bowl.
2. After removing the root of broccoli, cut it into chunks, rinse and then set them aside.
3. In a bowl, prepare the sauce with 3 spoons of oyster juice, 1 spoon of oyster sauce and 2 spoons of water and mix well. Then evenly pour the sauce on top of Pleurotus nebrodensis slices.
4. In a steamer, invite Pleurotus nebrodensis slices and let sit for 10 minutes.
5. In a frying pan, drop in steamed Pleurotus nebrodensis and season with moderate soy sauce, after that, thicken it with the mixture of water and starch.
6. Bleach broccoli chunks, ladle them out and serve as garnishment.
