Ingredients:
1 broccoli
2-3 Shiitakes
Moderate chopped onion, bruised ginger and minced garlic
Condiments: Salt, chicken powder, water starch, sugar
Steps:
1. Rinse the broccoli, break it into small chunks and bleach.
2. Rinse Shiitakes, cut the base and then slice caps up.
3. In a skillet with moderate hot oil, drop in chopped onion, bruised ginger and minced garlic and fry till fragrant, then add Shiitake slices, broccoli chunks and stir over high flame.
4. Adjust the seasoning with a pinch of salt, sugar and chicken powder. Finally thicken the dish with the mixture of water and starch if you like. Enjoy.
