Now, in Woodland Mushroom Base of Chongming District, Shanghai City of China, chubby Stropharia rugoso-annulata are vigorously entering into harvest season.
“In 2014, Stropharia rugoso-annulata cultivation was launched with the full guidance and help of Mushroom Institute of Shanghai Academy of Agricultural Sciences. After 3 years of trial cultivation, gross scale has been expanded to 500 mu,” said principal of the base, introducing that now, the market price reaches 40 CNY per kg, Stropharia rugoso-annulata cultivation not only becomes a new channel for farmers to increase earnings, but also indicates a new way to realize cyclic utilization.
