Fried King oyster and White beech in black pepper flavor

Ingredients:
80g King oyster mushrooms
80g White beech mushrooms
30g red peppers
Moderate garlic slices
Condiments: Salt, black pepper sauce, black pepper powder
Steps:
1. Remove both sides of King oyster mushroom and cut the body into stripes. Cut the root of White beech mushroom and discard, break them into individuals, rinse the mushrooms under running water.
2. Rinse the red pepper and coarsely cut it into slices.
3. In a skillet, add moderate oil, when hot, add garlic slices and fry till fragrant. After that, drop in King oyster mushroom stripes, White beech mushrooms and stir on fierce flame till soft, drizzle with moderate black pepper sauce.
