It is reported that a complete system of mushroom production, process, and circulation, which include mushroom plant, growth, treatment, and export procedures, have been come into being in Zhangzhou, Fujian province. Especially canned mushroom has been become one of industry highlights for stimulating the local economic development. According to statistics, from January to November of 2014, canned mushroom produced in Zhangzhou exported totally 15216 batches, valued 4700 millions dollars, at an average of 46 batches at every day. The exported canned food produced in Zhangzhou accounted for 20% of the total exported amount in China, while the exported canned mushroom produced in Zhangzhou accounted for 80% of the total exported mushroom amount in China. As its aura of “the capital of Chinese canned food”, the canned mushroom produced in Zhangzhou exported to many countries and areas, distributed all over the world.
