This Mushroom Recipe Helps Lower Blood Pressure

Ingredients:
135g White beech mushrooms
A stick of celery
Condiments: Salt, sugar
Cooking steps:
1. Get rid of root of White beech mushroom and then discard, rinse the mushrooms and break them into individuals.
