Ingredients:
2 eggs
A handful of Pleurotus geesteranus
1 bowl of rice
1 stick of ham sausage
Auxiliary ingredients: Oil, salt, soy sauce, shallot segments, chopped chili
Steps:
1. Cut the root of Pleurotus geesteranus and discard, then break them into individuals and rinse off.
2. Break eggs in a bowl, combine with moderate salt and stir well. Cut ham sausage into thick slices and set them aside.
3. In a skillet, add moderate oil, once hot, drop in Pleurotus geesteranus and fry over high flame for 2-3 minutes, then remove them into a plate.
4. Drizzle with moderate oil, dump with egg liquid and fry till caky, then break it into chunks.
5. Let rice join in and stir over fierce heat, lightly season with a pinch of salt, add Pleurotus geesteranus, shallot segments and go on till well-done.
6. Sprinkle with moderate soy sauce and chopped chili if you like.
7. Remove the dish into a plate, alongside ham sausage slices. Enjoy.
