Plain recipe that clears your stomach: Fried Black fungus with cabbage

Ingredients: 
A cabbage
A handful of Black fungi
Moderate chopped onion, bruised ginger
Condiments: Salt, sugar, oil, light soy sauce, chicken powder, vinegar
Cooking steps: 
1. Rinse the cabbage and cut it into slices.
2. Soak Black fungi in warm water till soft, then remove the stem and rinse them off.
3. In a skillet, add moderate oil, once hot, add  chopped onion, bruised ginger and fry till fragrant, then drop in cabbage slices and stir till soft.
4. Season with moderate light soy sauce, sugar and vinegar.
5. Combine with Black fungi, sprinkle a pinch of salt and chicken powder, stir evenly before turning off the heat.
