Ingredients:
10 Straw mushrooms
10 Shiitakes
A handful of Pleurotus geesteranus
5 garlic cloves
Moderate chopped onion
Condiments: Pepper powder, salt
Easy-to-follow steps:
1. Remove and discard the base of Shiitake, rinse the caps and slice them up.
2. Rinse Straw mushrooms and then cut them in halves.
3. Remove the root of Pleurotus geesteranus, rinse and break them into individuals.
4. Peel garlic cloves and then cut them into slices.
5. In a frying pan, add moderate oil, once hot, drop in garlic slices and stir till fragrant, then combine with assorted mushrooms and stir till soft and well-done.
6. Lightly season with a pinch of salt and pepper powder. Enjoy it with a bowl of rice.
