INGREDIENTS:
A handful of spinach
135g White beech mushrooms
Condiments: Salt, aginomoto
Simple direction:
1. Remove the root of White beech mushroom and discard, rinse mushrooms off and break them into individuals.
2. Rinse spinach and cut them into segments.
3. In a skillet, add moderate oil, once hot, drop in White beech mushrooms and stir over high heat.
4. Combine with spinach segments and go on for 3 minutes or so.
5. Lightly season with a dash of salt and aginomoto. Enjoy.
