Ingredients:
10 Shiitakes
Condiments: Salt, butter, black pepper
Easy-to-follow steps:
1. Rinse fresh Shiitakes, remove the base and set them aside for ingredients of other dishes.
2. Cut the surfaces of Shiitake into flower form.
3. In a skillet, add moderate butter and heat till melted, then invite Shiitakes and stir till soft on LOW FLAME, about 5 minutes or so.
4. Season in accordance to your liking with moderate salt and black pepper. Enjoy.
