Morel industry booms in Sichuan Jintang Yanghe Mushroom Cooperative

Sichuan Jintang Yanghe Mushroom Cooperative is a moderate-scale operation of mushroom base which sets mushroom production, processing and marketing into one. With the implementation of Five Unification that refers to Unified Raw-material Acquisition, Unified Production Standard, Unified Technical Guidance and Unified Product Marketing, the cooperative helps members gain average incomes of over 50,000 CNY, featured products include salted, canned and dried mushrooms which have successively passed QS, HACCP, ISO22000 and Organic Food Certification.
Through long-term cooperation with Sichuan Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Sichuan University, four production bases of Morel, Industrialized Seafood Mushroom, Ganoderma-corn Interplanting, Mushroom-Rice Rotatory Base have been built in Yanghe Mushroom Cooperative. After 4 months’ elaborate management, Morel Base has been put into production, the estimated mu output reaches above 250 kg, mu output value attains more than 40,000 CNY while net mu income reaches 30,000 CNY.
