Steamed White beech mushrooms in garlic and oyster sauce

Ingredients:
A handful of White beech mushrooms
A carrot
Garlic dices
Condiments: Salt, oyster sauce, sugar, sesame oil, soy sauce
Direction: 
1. Rinse White beech mushrooms, cut the root and discard, then go bleaching and remove them into a plate after draining off excessive water.
2. Peel the carrot and cut it into dices.
3. In a frying pan, add moderate oil, when hot, drop in garlic dices and fry till fragrant, then add carrot dices and stir over medium-high flame.
4. Season with two spoons of oyster sauce, one spoon of soy sauce, moderate sugar and salt. Pour the sauce on top of White beech mushrooms.
5. Remove the plate into a steamer and maintain for 8 minutes or so over fierce flame.
6. Drizzle with moderate sesame oil. Serve and enjoy.
