Recipe for fitness: Scrambled eggs with Shiitake

Ingredients: 
3-5 Shiitakes
3 eggs
Moderate minced shallot and garlic
Condiments: Salt, chicken powder, pepper powder
Steps: 
1. Remove the base of Shiitakes and discard, rinse the caps and then coarsely shred.
2. Break eggs in a bowl, combine with a little water, sprinkle with a dash of salt and whisk well.
3. In a frying pan, add moderate oil, when hot, pour in the egg liquid and cook till the omelet has taken shape, then break it into chunks and remove from the heat.
4. Add a little oil in the pan, once hot, drop in minced shallot and garlic and fry till fragrant, then put in shredded Shiitakes and stir over low heat till soft, after that, let egg chunks join in, lightly season with a pinch of salt. Before serving, sprinkle with a little pepper powder. Enjoy.
