Immune-boosting recipe: Fried rice with Bolete and Shiitake

Ingredients:
A bowl of rice
A handful of dried Bolete
2 Shiitakes
1 red, green and yellow pepper
Moderate diced sausage and garlic slices
Condiments: Butter, salt, sugar
Direction:
1. Soak dried Bolete ahead of time, and then cut them into dices.
2. Remove the stem of Shiitake and discard, coarsely cut the caps into dices.
3. Go seed of red, green and yellow peppers, then rinse and dice them up.
4. In a skillet, put in moderate butter, drop in garlic slices and fry till fragrant, then combine with diced pepper, sausage, Shiitake, Bolete and stir over high flame.
5. Let rice join in, keep on frying till scattered, season with a dash of salt and sugar. Serve and enjoy.
