INGREDIENTS:
100g Agrocybe cylindracea
2 Potatoes
Moderate chopped onion
Condiments: Salt, aginomoto, oil
Cooking steps:
1. Soak Agrocybe cylindracea in water, get rid of any impurities
2. Peel the potatoes, cut them into slices and soak in water.
3. In a stir pan, add moderate oil, when hot, drop in chopped onion and stir till fragrant, then add potato slices and go on for at least 3 minutes.
4. Combine with Agrocybe cylindracea, dump with moderate warm water and maintain the heat for 5 minutes till mushrooms are soft.
5. Lightly season with a pinch of salt and aginomoto. Serve and enjoy.
