Ingredients:
70g White beech mushrooms
2 eggs
Condiments: Salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, sesame oil
Steps:
1. Cut the root of White beech mushroom and then discard, rinse the mushrooms and set them aside.
2. Break eggs in a bowl, sprinkle with moderate cooking wine and whisk well, after that, add a pinch of salt, dump with moderate warm water and combine with White beech mushrooms.
3. Remove the bowl into a steamer and let sit for 10 minutes or so.
4. Sprinkle with moderate light soy sauce and sesame oil. Enjoy.
