Ingredients:
100g dried Monkey head mushrooms
200g Drumsticks
A handful of oil-seed rapes
Moderate shallot segments and ginger slices
Condiments: Salt, cooking wine
Direction:
1. Soak dried Monkey head mushrooms in boiling water for above 40 minutes, rinse and remove the impurities, then cut them into chunks.
2. Coarsely chop drumsticks, bleach and rinse them off.
3. Trim oil-seed rapes, break them into individuals and set them aside.
4. In a saucepan, drop in drumsticks and Monkey head mushroom chunks, cooking for 1 hour or so.
5. Combine with oil-seed rapes, maintain the heat for 10-20 minutes.
6. Lightly season to taste with a dash of salt. Enjoy.
