Braised Oyster and Enoki mushroom with fish balls

Ingredients:
200g fish balls
A handful of Enoki mushrooms and Oyster mushrooms
2 Shallots
A carrot
2 cups of chicken broth, preferably homemade
Condiments: Salt, oil, bruised ginger
Directions: 
1. Remove and discard the base of Oyster mushrooms, then break them into individuals and rinse off. 
2. Cut the root of Enoki mushrooms, then rinse and break them into clumps.
3. Peel the carrot and roughly slice it up.
4. In a skillet, add moderate oil, once hot, drop in bruised ginger and fry over medium-high heat, then combine with Oyster mushrooms, Enoki mushroom clumps and braise on high flame till soft.
5. Let fish balls join in, dump with moderate chicken broth and then invite carrot slices, maintaining for 2 minutes or so till tasty.
6. Lightly season with a dash of salt, sprinkle with a handful of shallots. Serve and enjoy.
