INGREDIENTS:
250g Shiitakes, stem removed
A stick of carrot
A lotus root
120g sweet broad peas
Condiments: Oil, a pinch of salt
Procedure: 
1. Rinse Shiitakes off and then cut them into slices.
2. Peel the carrot and lotus, then roughly slice them up.
3. Remove both sides of sweet broad peas, get rid of fibre and then cut them into segments.
4. In a frying pan, add a little oil, once hot, drop in Shiitake slices and fry on high flame for 2 minutes or so, then remove them from the heat.
5. Drizzle with moderate oil, add sweet broad peas and fry till the color has changed, combine with carrot slices, lotus slices and stir for another 5 minutes.
6. Finally let Shiitake slices join in, season with a pinch of salt. Serve and enjoy.
