H.E.A.L.T.H.Y. Eats: Stir-fried Enoki mushroom with shredded potato

Ingredients: 
A potato
A handful of Enoki mushrooms
Moderate chopped onion
Condiments: Oil, salt, sugar, chicken powder, cooking wine, soy sauce, vinegar
Steps: 
1. Peel the potato, evenly cut it into slices and soak in water in a bid to remove the starch.
2. Cut and throw away the root of Enoki mushroom, rinse the rest and break them into clumps.
3. In a frying pan, add moderate oil, when hot, drop in chopped onion and fry till fragrant, then combine with potato slices, Enoki mushroom clumps and fry over high flame.
4. Season to taste with a dash of salt and sugar, sprinkle with moderate soy sauce, vinegar and stir well. Serve and enjoy.
