Fried shredded Shiitake with corn kernels

Ingredients: 
300g fresh corn kernels
3-5 fresh Shiitakes
Moderate shallot segments
Condiments: Oil, salt, soy sauce
Simple direction: 
1. Rinse corn kernels and drain off excessive water.
2. Remove the bottom portion of Shiitakes and throw them away, then rinse the caps and slice them up.
3. In a frying pan, add moderate oil, once hot, drop in shredded Shiitakes and fry for 2 minutes or so, then combine with corn kernels and maintain for 3-4 minutes till brownish yellow.
4. Lightly season with a pinch of salt, spread with moderate soy sauce and stir well. Serve and enjoy.
