Quick-fried Pleurotus nebrodensis slices with Black fungus and cucumber

Ingredients:
2 Pleurotus nebrodensis
A handful of Black fungi
1 cucumber
A bowl of rye juice
Condiments: Ginger slices, oil, salt
Directions:
1. Soak Black fungi in cold water ahead of time, remove the roots and impurities.
2. Peel the cucumber and then cut it into slices.
3. Rinse Pleurotus nebrodensis and thinly slice them up.
4. In a skillet, add moderate oil, when hot, drop in  Pleurotus nebrodensis slices, cucumber slices and fry on high flame for about 3 minutes, then remove them from the heat.
5. Drizzle with a little oil in the skillet, add ginger slices and fry till fragrant, then combine with Pleurotus nebrodensis slices, Black fungi, cucumber slices and sprinkle with a dash of salt.
6. Pour in moderate rye juice, stir evenly before serving.
