Stewed Shiitake with white gourd balls

Ingredients: 
2-3 dried Shiitakes
300g White gourds
Moderate ginger slices and chicken stock
Ingredients: 
Salt, aginomoto, sesame oil, oil, starch
Directions: 
1. Soak Shiitakes ahead of time, discard the stem, rinse the caps and then cut them into slices. 
2. Peel the white gourd, dig them into balls or other shapes you like, then set them aside.
3. In a skillet, add moderate oil, when hot, drop in ginger slices and fry till fragrant, then add Shiitake slices and fry for a few minutes.
4. Dump with moderate chicken stock, combine with gourd balls and bring it into a boil. After that, thicken the dish with the mixture of water and starch.
5. Lightly season to taste with a dash of salt, aginomoto, drizzle with moderate sesame oil if you like. Enjoy.
