Ingredients:
6-7 Shiitakes
4 tablespoons of olive oil
3 tablespoons of chopped onion
Moderate mashed garlic
4 tablespoons of spiced vinegar
Cooking method:
1. Rinse Shiitakes, discard the stems and then place the caps in the plate as shown in the picture.
2. In a bowl, prepare a sauce with oil, chopped onion, mashed garlic and vinegar, then sprinkle it on Shiitakes evenly and let sit for about 1 hour.
3. Preheat the oven on medium-high heat, roast Shiitakes for about 10 minutes, turning them over halfway during the course.
