Let this mushroom soup give you a warm hug in cold winter

We need to prepare: 
A pulled chicken
250g Monkey head mushrooms, fully soaked
100g Shiitakes, fully soaked and stem removed
10g cubed ham
20g ginger slices
Condiments: Salt, sugar, peanut oil, white pepper powder, cooking wine, light soy sauce
Directions:
1. Chop the chicken, pickle with moderate salt, sugar, light soy sauce, cooking wine and peanut oil.
2. In an electric cooker, combine with Monkey head mushroom and cubed ham, pour in sufficient water and stew for 30 minutes or so.
3. drop in chicken chunks, Shiitakes and go on for another 30-60 minutes till well-done.
4. Season to taste with a pinch of salt and white pepper powder. Enjoy.
