Traditional Chinese cuisine: Fried Shiitake with tofu and minced meat

Ingredients: 
100g minced pork
500g tofu
6-8 Shiitakes
Condiments: Chopped onion and minced garlic, salt, oil, pepper powder, oyster sauce, light soy sauce
Directions: 
1. Pickle minced pork with moderate oil and pepper powder.
2. Soak Shiitakes in advance (Reserve the soaking liquid), remove the base and then cut the caps into dices.
3. Lightly rinse the tofu and then cut it into dices.
4. In a skillet, add moderate oil, once hot, drop in minced garlic and fry till fragrant, then combine with minced pork, sprinkle with moderate light soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper powder and stir well, then pour in soaking liquid of Shiitake and maintain the heat for 3 minutes.
5. Let tofu chunks join in, lower to gentle heat and cook for another 5 minutes or so till tasty.
6. Spread a handful of chopped onion on top. Enjoy.
