Enoki mushroom perfectly goes well with spinach

Ingredients:
A handful of spinach and Enoki mushroom
A red pepper
Condiments: Light soy sauce, sesame oil, sale, vinegar
Directions:
1. Trim the spinach, be sure to reserve the roots (Roots of spinach are nutritious.)
2. Cut the root of Enoki mushroom, rinse and then break them into individuals.
3. Rinse the red pepper, remove the seeds and cut the body into slices or dices.
4. In a cooking pot filled with boiling water, bleach Enoki mushrooms for 30s, then remove them into a bowl to cool.
5. Bleach spinach and then cut them into segments.
6. In a small container, combine with Enoki mushrooms, spinach segments and red pepper slices, season with light soy sauce, oil, sesame oil and vinegar according to your taste, stir well before serving.
