Just indulge yourself at breakfast: Fried Black fungus with eggs

Ingredients: 
2 eggs
20g Black fungi
50g shallots
Condiments: Oil, salt and light soy sauce
Cooking method: 
1. Soak Black fungi ahead of time, then remove the bottom portion and set them aside.
2. Break eggs in a bowl and then evenly scatter.
3. In a skillet, dump with moderate oil, once hot, pour in egg liquid and break it into chunks when caky, then remove them from the heat.
4. Heat the pot again, dump with a little oil, drop in shallot segments and fry till fragrant, then add Black fungi and fry for 1 minute.
5. Combine with egg chunks and season with a dash of salt and light soy sauce. Enjoy.
