For seafood fans: Braised Button mushroom with Octopus

Ingredients: 
450g octopuses
3 Button mushrooms
1 red and green pepper
10g minced garlic and bruised ginger
Scrumptious sauce: Combine 2 spoons of light soy sauce with 1 teaspoon of sugar and a quarter spoon of chicken powder.
Directions: 
1. Gut the octopuses, strike off black film on the surface and then rinse.
2. Bleach octopuses and then cut them into portions.
3. Remove the stem of Button mushrooms, rinse, cut them into thick slices and them bleach.
4. Rinse red and green pepper, then coarsely cut them into rhombuses.
5. In a skillet, add moderate oil, once hot, drop in green, red peppers and fry for 2 minutes, then remove them from the heat.
6. Dump with small amount of oil, drop in minced garlic, bruised ginger and fry till fragrant, then combine with octopus portions, drizzle with moderate cooking wine and stir for above 1 minute on high flame.
7. Let Button mushroom slices join in, pour in prepared sauce.
8. Invite red and green peppers, thicken the dish with the mixture of water and corn starch. Serve and enjoy.
