Divine recipe: Fried Shiitake with winter Bamboo shoots

Ingredients: 
2 Fresh Shiitakes
50g Winter Bamboo shoots
Condiments: Salt, sugar, starch, oil
Procedures: 
1. Rinse the Shiitakes, get rid of the base and then cut the cap into chunks.
2. Peel and Bamboo shoots and then cut it into slices.
3. In a skillet, add moderate oil, when hot, drop in Bamboo shoots slices and fry for above 3-5 minutes, then combine with Shiitake chunks and cook for another 5-10 minutes.
4. Adjust the seasoning with a pinch of salt and sugar. If you like, thicken the dish with the mixture of water and starch. Serve and enjoy.
