Ingredients:
200g Enoki mushrooms
25g coriander
Half of a carrot
Condiments: Salt, chili oil, pepper powder, minced garlic, aginomoto
Simple steps:
1. Cut the root of Enoki mushrooms, then bleach and drain off excessive moisture.
2. Rinse coriander and then cut into segments.
3. Peel the carrot and then thinly cut it into slices.
4. In a plate, combine with Enoki mushrooms, coriander segments and carrot slices, season with a dash of salt, aginomoto and pepper powder, top with moderate minced garlic and whisk well. Enjoy.
