Fried Black fungus with King oyster mushroom and preserved meat

Ingredients:
A stick of preserved meat
A King oyster mushroom
A handful of Black fungi
A shallot
Half of carrot
Condiments: Oil, salt, oyster sauce, chicken powder, starch
Cooking steps:
1. Soak Black fungi ahead of time, then rinse and tear them into clumps.
2. In a steamer, add preserved meat and steam for 20 minutes till well-done, then remove it out and cut it into slices.
3. Peel the shallot and then cut it into segments, peel the carrot and cut it into slices.
4. Rinse King oyster mushroom, cut both sides off and then cut the body into slices.
5. In a stir-fry pan, add moderate oil, drop in shallot segments and fry till fragrant, then let Black fungus clumps join in and fry for 3 minutes or so.
6. Combine with King oyster mushroom slices, carrot slices, meat slices and fry on fierce heat for at least 5 minutes.
7. Season with a dash of salt and chicken powder, sprinkle with moderate oyster sauce if you like.
8. Finally thicken the dish with the mixture of starch and water. Enjoy.
