Yunnan Province of China: Bolete is the top wild mushroom variety favored by citizens

Recently, a statistic report on “My Favorite Wild Mushroom” was released by Kunming Investigation Branch of China National Investigation Team, according to the report, Bolete, Virscent russule, Sparassis crispa and Collybia albuminosa are 4 wild mushrooms that gain popularity by citizens, of which Bolete ranks the first.
From June to September, 166 transaction orders were done on wild mushroom in Kunming City, Yunnan Province of China, which brought about direct economic benefits of 47,709 CNY for mushroom foragers.
Animated market of wild mushroom produces mutual interest between traders. 
In 2015, Mushuihua Wild Mushroom Transaction Center, one of the largest trading centers of wild mushroom in Kunming City, reached 34,000 tons of transaction volume on wild mushroom, transaction volume obtained 6.2 billion CNY while average transaction price was at 182,000 CNY per ton.
