This soup before meals is great to control diet: Shiitake soup with bamboo shoot

Ingredients:
2 Shiitakes
15g Bamboo shoots
5g ginger
Condiments: Salt, aginomoto, soup stock
Steps: 
1. Soak Shiitakes ahead of time, then remove the base and cut the cap into chunks.
2. Rinse the ginger and cut it into slices.
3. Peel the bamboo shoots and then cut it into thick slices.
4. In a soup pot, add moderate water and bring it into a boil, then drop in Shiitake chunks, Bamboo shoot slices, ginger slices and boil it again, after that, lower the heat and go on for another 10 minutes or so.
5. Season to taste with a pinch of salt and aginomoto. Enjoy.
