Trial cultivation of Agrocybe cylindracea: Stick-production work has been launched

On 1st of Nov, technical staffs from Beijing Agricultural Technology Promotion station went to two villages within Tongzhou District of Beijing for investigation of demonstrative cultivation of Agrocybe cylindracea.
In Beijing, Agrocybe cylindracea production is usually done in two time quantum. For high-temperature flush, stick-production work is generally done from March to May and fruiting time arrives in June. For low-temperature flush, stick production work is generally done from October to November and fruiting time comes next April.
In 2017, Beijing Agricultural Technology Promotion station has been launching trial cultivation of Agrocybe cylindracea in accordance with different varieties and complete sets of techniques. Till now, a series of procedures such as bagging, stick-production and sterilization have been finished, inoculation, spawn-running and others would be subsequently followed up.
