Ingredients:
2 Drumstick mushrooms
2 fresh Shiitakes
50g Winter bamboo shoots
Moderate ginger slices and onion slices
Condiments: Cooking wine, oil, aginomoto, salt
Steps:
1. Remove the stem of Drumstick mushroom, rinse, slice them up and finally bleach.
2. Get rid of the base of Shiitake and then cut them into slices.
3. Peel the bamboo shoots and roughly cut into slices.
4. In a skillet, dump with moderate oil, when hot, drop in onion and ginger slices and fry till fragrant, then combine with bamboo slices, Shiitake slices, Drumstick mushroom slices and go on for 5-8 minutes.
5. Season to taste with a dash of salt, aginomoto, sprinkle with 2 spoons of cooking wine and whisk well. Serve and enjoy.
