Fried King oyster mushrooms coated with yolk

Ingredients: 
1-2 King oyster mushrooms
2 Eggs
Condiments: Pepper powder, oil, spiced salt
Steps: 
1. Rinse the King oyster mushrooms, cut them into thick slices.
2. Break eggs into a bowl and then whisk well, then let King oyster mushroom slices sit there.
3. In a frying pan, dump with small amount of oil, when hot, put egg-coated mushroom slices into the pan with caution and fry till both sides become golden. Enjoy it with a dash of spiced salt or salt if you like.
