Ingredients:
Moderate rice, ham dices and corn dices
A carrot and Shiitake
Procedures:
1. Rinse the rice and then soak for above 1 hour.
2. Peel the carrot and then cut it into dices.
3. Rinse the Shiitake, remove the stem and then cut it into dices.
4. Firstly cook the gruel in routine method, then combine with Shiitake dices, carrot dices, corn dices and cook while occasionally stirring.
5. Finally drop in ham dices and lightly sprinkle with a dash of salt. Enjoy.
