Spicy diced Monkey head mushroom with chili and peanuts

We need to prepare: 
2 Monkey head mushrooms
1 Shiitake
Half of green pepper
Onion segments
A handful of peanuts and chili
Condiments: Oyster sauce, oil, salt, soy sauce 
Let’s get started:
1. Cut chili off, keep the seeds.
2. Rinse Monkey head mushrooms and green pepper, respectively cut them into dices and chunks.
3. Remove the stem of Shiitake, rinse and then cut the cap into dices. 
4. In a skillet, add moderate oil, when hot, drop in onion segments and fry till fragrant, then combine with Monkey head mushroom dices and fry on fierce flame, lightly season with a spoon of oyster sauce, remove them out of the skillet and into a plate.
5. Heat the skillet again, add chili seeds and fry till spicy, then bring Monkey head mushroom dices back to fire, let peanuts and green pepper chunks join in and maintain the heat for 5-7 minutes.
6. Season with a dash of salt, sprinkle with moderate soy sauce. Enjoy it with a bowl of rice, FANTASTIC!
