Ingredients:
300g Enoki mushrooms
Half an onion
3 garlic pieces and peppers
Half bowl of soup stock
Condiments: Salt, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, chicken powder, sesame oil
Cooking methods:
1. Mince the garlic slices, onion and peppers, then remove them into a bowl, combine with moderate salt, light soy sauce, chicken powder, oyster sauce, sesame oil, soup stock and whisk well.
2. Trim Enoki mushrooms, break them into clumps and them bleach. After that, drain off excessive moisture and let sit in the prepared sauce, stir well before serving.
